Abstract

Обосновывается концептуальный подход к управлению созданием региональной инфраструктуры малого инновационного предпринимательства и информационно-логическая модель построения программы этого процесса.

The author substantiates conceptual approach to regional infrastructure for small innovative entrepreneurship and logical information model for construction of such program.
