
Using a multiplex immunoassay the mycobacterial antigens have been investigated and the most effective ones for the badger tuberculosis diagnosis have been identified. It was determined that such antigens as rESAT-6, rCFP-10, rRv3616c, rMPB70, rMPB83 and rpAF1 have a high diagnostic significance.
Используя мультиплексный иммуноанализ изучены микобактериальные антигены и выявлены наиболее эффективные для диагностики туберкулеза у барсуков. Установлена высокая диагностическая значимость таких антигенов как rESAT-6, rCFP-10, rRv3616c, rMPB70, rMPB83 и rpAF1.
