Abstract

Выявлены недостатки офтальмологических препаратов антимикробного действия, представленных на российском фармацевтическом рынке: резистентность возбудителей инфекции к действующим веществам – антибиотикам, сопутствующие аллергические реакции, отсутствие пролонгированного действия. Обосновано использование в составе разрабатываемых антимикробных глазных капель мирамистина, обладающего широким спектром антисептического действия, к которому не возникает резистентность микроорганизмов. В качестве противоаллергического агента выбран димедрол, обладающий выраженным антигистаминным действием. Увеличить время нахождения лекарственных веществ в конъюнктиве предложено путем использования в составе лекарственной формы пролонгаторов (натрий карбоксиметилцеллюлозы, поливинилового спирта, комбинированного пролонгатора натрий карбоксиметилцеллюлозы и поливинилового спирта), подвергнутых механохимической обработке, в результате которой происходит увеличение вязкости их водных растворов в 2-2,5 раза по сравнению с растворами необработанных пролонгаторов.

In an antiallergic agent is selected diphenhydramine, an antihistamine which has a pronounced effect. Increase the finding of drugs in the conjunctiva suggested using formulation comprising prolongators (sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, combined prolongator sodium carboxymethylcellulose and polyvinyl alcohol), subjected to mechanochemical processing, which result in an increase in viscosity of aqueous solutions 2-2.5 fold compared with untreated prolongators solutions.
