The article deals with the question of transformation of federative and national relations in conditions of the implementation of federative reform. It analyses the change of the concept of relations between federal center and regions, transformation of the regional politics of the federal power. The article analyses the questions of improvement of the state regional politics in the context of formation and development of the institution of Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the federal districts.

В статье речь идет о трансформации федеративных и национальных отношений в условиях проведения федеративной реформы. Рассматривается изменение формата отношений между федеральным центром и регионами, трансформация региональной политики федеральной власти. Анализируется совершенствование государственной региональной политики в условиях становления и развития института полномочного представителя Президента России в федеральных округах.
