Нейропептиды и «Нейрогенное воспаление» в патогенезе крапивницы

Abstract

The authors summarized data about neurogenic inflammation`s genesis in urticaria. There is neuropeptides release (substance P, neurokinins A and B, CGRP, VIP) from nerve endings cutis in urticaria. Neurogenic inflammation effects influence on urticaria severity and clinical course. Searching and using of substance P and other neuropeptides antagonists opens new perspectives in treatment of diseases with neurogenic inflammation in its pathogenesis.

Авторы обобщили данные по механизму развития нейрогенного воспаления при крапивнице. При крапивнице происходит выброс из нервных окончаний кожи нейропептидов (субстанция Р, нейрокинин А и В, CGRP, VIP). Эффекты нейрогенного воспаления влияют на тяжесть и течение крапивницы. Поиск и применение антагонистов субстанции Р и других нейропептидов открывает новые перспективы в лечении заболеваний в патогенезе которых имеет место нейрогенное воспаление.
