Влияние основных причин смертности на ожидаемую продолжительность жизни населения республики Саха (Якутия)

Abstract

Рассмотрены основные причины смертности населения Республики Саха (Якутия). Проанализированы особенности изменения показателей смертности по причинам смерти, возрасту и полу за 1990-2008 гг. Выполнен компонентный анализ различий продолжительности жизни мужского и женского населения с выделением вклада возраста и основных классов причин смертности в эти изменения. Определен элиминационный эффект от снижения смертности населения. Рассмотрены резервы снижения смертности населения республики и повышения продолжительности жизни.
