Abstract

The author showed the essence of the nationalist underground in Latvia before the World War 2 which played an auxiliary role for Hitler Germany in its plans for world domination and later during the war in bloody crimes against humanity. Being covered by noble slogans of protection of Latvia from bolshevism, in the prewar period Latvian nationalists and fascists were the instrument in preparation of treacherous invasion of the Soviet Union.
