Сущность и структура социальной компетентности специалистов железнодорожного транспорта

Abstract

The article examines the phenomenon of «social competence», approaches to the understanding of its nature (cognitive, behavioral and value-motivational) are considered, represented its structure, integrating the existing approaches, grounded observable and unobservable components, revealed the peculiarities of the structural elements of railway transport specialists.

В статье анализируется феномен «социальной компетентности», рассмотрены подходы к пониманию его сущности (когнитивный, поведенческий и ценностно-мотивационный), представлена его структура, интегрирующая существующие подходы, обоснованы наблюдаемые и ненаблюдаемые компоненты, выявлены особенности структурных элементов для специалистов железнодорожного транспорта.
