Критерии эффективности системы управления прикладными исследованиями в наукоемкой промышленности

Abstract

Рассмотрены методологические проблемы анализа и измерения эффективности управления прикладными исследованиями в интересах наукоемкой промышленности. Предложена система критериев эффективности управления НИР для различных уровней принятия решений, позволяющая более корректно оценивать эффективность управленческих инноваций в прикладной науке.
