Abstract

By means of nitrites concentration definition in blood for an estimation regulatory influence oxide nitrogen on the ADP-induced aggregation platelet by Born G. method (1962) at arterial hypertension patients it is surveyed by practically healthy 102 and 217 patients with arterial hypertension of average, elderly and senile age. The exhaustion of synthesis progressing in process of ageing and oxide nitrogen secretion, more expressed is established at a combination of involutive changes of vascular wall and arterial hypertension, leading to increase of aggregation curves frequency irreversible character and to the hemostasis changes worsening of arterial hypertension development. Concentration of nitrite back correlated with level of arterial pressure, expressiveness of endotheliocytemia at patients of different age. The increasing of irreversible thrombocyte’s aggregation frequency due to a synthesis and secretion exhaustion bioeffectors with antiaggregative action reached the maximum expressiveness at senile age patients with arterial hypertension.
