Abstract

The article deals with the analysis of the prospects of a sports team, as a small group. Notes that the study of the phenomenon of the small group in the sport true because sports is a model of relations in a large part of society, so much that can be understood by studying the sports team, as a small group, can be used in other areas. Sport, as an important social phenomenon permeates all levels of modern society. Sports in the 21st century has two functions: the socio-political and economic, which are analyzed in the article. We also consider the factors influencing the functional efficiency of the group.

В статье рассматриваются перспективы анализа спортивной команды как малой группы. Отмечается, что изучение феномена малой группы в спорте актуально потому, что спорт это модель отношений в значительной части общества, и поэтому многое, что можно понять, изучая спортивную команду как малую группу, можно использовать в других сферах. Спорт как важный социальный феномен пронизывает все уровни современного социума. Спорт в XXI в. выполняет две функции: социально-политическую и экономическую, которые и анализируются в статье. Рассматриваются также причины, влияющие на функциональную эффективность группы.
