In the article «Legal traffic in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances as the object of criminal-law protection» the author identifies the groups of crime in the area of drug (DT) and psychotropic substances (PS) trafficking and confirms the hypothesis of their criminal origin, which must be combated. The article also analyzes the correct use of the collocation «illegal trafficking of drugs and psychotropic substances» in the legal science.

В статье «Легальный оборот наркотических средств и психотропных веществ как объект уголовно-правовой охраны» автор выделяет группы преступлений в сфере оборота наркотических средств (НС) и психотропных веществ (ПВ), подтверждает гипотезу об их преступном явлении, с которым необходимо бороться. Также в статье анализируется правильность использования в юридической науке словосочетания незаконный оборот НС и ПВ.
