Abstract

The issues of improvement of computed radiotherapy treatment planning at the stage of tumor boundary detection are analyzed. The analysis of the possibilities of the brain tomograms contour segmentation methods for the automated tumor boundary delineation is carried. The results of experiment on the contour segmentation of tomograms which allow reduce the subjective error of radiologisttopometrist in tumor boundaries finding are given.
