Шестеренные насосы с внутренним цевочным внецентроидным зацеплением

Abstract

Приведены расчетные формулы для построения профилей пары зубчатых колес внецентроидного цевочного зацепления с разностью чисел зубьев, равной единице. Обосновываются преимущества использования такого зацепления в шестеренных насосах при варьировании размеров цевки.

Formulas are presented for shape design of a pair of extracentroidal gears with unit difference in teeth number. Several technological advantages of variation of pin tooth dimensions in such a gearing in gear pumps are demonstrated.
