Abstract

The authors propose the model of development and realization of organizational development strategy as a mandatory step in the successful implementation of corporate strategy. It is shown that to achieve the goals set by the state in power enterprises it is necessary to plan and to carry out organizational changes, providing the appropriate configuration of organizational characteristics and relations between them in accordance with changes in the external environment.
