Проблемы билингвального обучения в системе начального образования Кабардино-Балкарии

Abstract

В статье описаны некоторые проблемы, возникающие в обучении русскому языку учащихся начальной национальной школы в условиях активного билингвизма. Некоторые затруднения возникают тогда, когда установка определяет высказывания без необходимости специальных актов объективизации, основываясь на положении, что главные признаки речевой установки проявление речевой активности индивида, когда сознание не направлено на объективные закономерности данного языка (как при произношении, так и при слушании), которые являются необходимыми признаками билингвизма.
