Эффективность уголовного наказания за совершение дорожно-транспортных преступлений

Abstract

Questions and the problems connected with efficiency of criminal penalty for commission of road and transport crimes are considered, measures of criminal and legal character for strengthening of fight against violations of the rules of traffic and operation of vehicles are offered.

Рассматриваются вопросы и проблемы, связанные с эффективностью уголовного наказания за совершение дорожно-транспортных преступлений, предлагаются меры уголовно-правового характера по усилению борьбы с нарушениями правил дорожного движения и эксплуатации транспортных средств.
