Идентификация и оценка эффективности функционирования научных школ как стратегической конкурентной компетенции вузов

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные черты, присущие научным школам как объекту управления, а также трансформация задач научной школы на современном этапе. Предлагается система критериев, позволяющих идентифицировать научный коллектив в качестве научной школы, оценить эффективность ее работы. Впервые формулируется концепция жизненного цикла научной школы.
