Проблемы развития кросскультурного менеджмента на примере международных корпораций функционирующих в России

Abstract

The article is devoted to a retrospective analysis of the problems of development of a new type of management “cross-cultural ” and management, taking into account the international dimension of cultural differences and values behavior of staff. Authors pay particular attention to the challenges and barriers to implementing a model of intercultural management in the socio-economic space of Russia. The article analyzes the behavior patterns of consumers in terms of expansion of transnational corporations in the new markets, and recommendations for the adaptation strategies of the “seller ” (representative of transnational organizations).

Статья посвящена вопросам ретроспективного анализа проблем развития нового типа менеджмента «кросскультурного» или менеджмента, учитывающего международные аспекты различия культур и ценностей моделей поведения персонала. Особое внимание авторы обращают на актуальные проблемы и барьеры внедрения модели межкультурного менеджмента в социально-экономическое пространство России. В статье проводится анализ линий поведения потребителей в условиях экспансии транснациональных корпораций на новые рынки сбыта, даются рекомендации для адаптации стратегии поведения «продавца» (представителя транснациональной организации).
