РАЗРАБОТКА ИНФОРМАЦИОННОЙ МОДЕЛИ РЕСУРСОСБЕРЕГАЮЩЕГО СПОСОБА ВОЛОЧЕНИЯ

Abstract

Рассмотрение вопросов ресурсои энергосбережения в кабельном производстве, является одной из основных задач повышения эффективности всего технологического процесса. Для решения поставленной задачи рассматривалась как технология волочения, так и физические процессы протекающие в проволоке и технологическом инструменте. С этой целью были определены все технологические параметры и режимы работы технологического оборудования. Реализация поставленной задачи решается моделированием технологии волочения и создания информационной модели процесса волочения.Issues consideration of resource and energy saving in cable production is one of the main tasks of increasing efficiency of the entire technological process. To solve this problem, both the drawing technology and physical processes running in the wire and the technological tool are considered. All technological parameters and operation modes of technological equipment are determined for this purpose. Realization of the assigned task is solved by modeling the drawing technology and creating the information model of the drawing process.
