Проблемы определения правового статуса крестьянских волостных судов накануне реформы 1861 г

Abstract

This article is devoted to the problems of the formation of peasant volostcourts before the 1861 reform. Different ways to the judicial jurisdiction definition of these organs are considered here. The process of volost courts forming is analyzed in the context of the realization of other great reforms which took place in 60-70 years of XIX century.

Посвящена проблемам образования и крестьянских волостных судов накануне реформы 1861г. Рассматриваются различные подходы к определению судебной юрисдикции данных органов. Процесс создания волостных судов рассматривается в контекстереализации других крупныхреформ 60-70-х гг. XIXв.
