Гармонизация интересов учреждений образования и промышленных предприятий в обеспечении экономики квалифицированными специалистами

Abstract

Основываясь на личном опыте работы в сфере обеспечения предприятий квалифици рованными специалистами, а также на анализе последних публикаций в ряде отраслевых жур налов, автор статьи отвечает на поставленные им вопросы о том, что такое государственно частное партнерство (ГЧП) в сфере професси ональной подготовки специалистов и имеет ли оно место в современной России. В статье сфор мулировано авторское определение понятия ГЧП, идентифицированы проблемы професси ональной школы, предложены пути их решения на основе партнерства учреждений образова ния и представителей бизнеса, показаны воз можности урегулирования противоречия между проблемами нехватки квалифицированных спе циалистов и трудоустройством выпускников про фессиональных учебных заведений.

Based on personal experience in providing companies with qualified specialists, as well as on the analysis of recent publications in the series of industry journals, the author of the article gives an answer to these questions about whatis a public-private partnership (PPP) in the field of professional training of specialists and whether it has a place in modern Russia. In the article the author formulates the definition of PPP, identifies problems of professional schools and the ways of solving them through partnership of educational institutions and business representatives. Proposals for resolving conflicts between the problems of lack of qualified specialists and employment of graduates of professional schools are depicted.
