Расчетная область параметров процесса теплопереноса от продуктов сгорания пиротехнических составов в условиях полузамкнутого объема

Abstract

В работе представлена оптимальная область теплофизических параметров, необходимых для нагрева поверхностей конструкций до технологической температуры переработки полиэтиленовых изделий в сварное соединение, полученная расчетным методом с применением программы «Профиль». Выявлены некоторые закономерности теплопереноса в системе «продукты сгорания металлическая стенка» при использовании теплового состава на основе железо-магниевого термита в качестве теплоисточника в условиях полузамкнутого объема. Экспериментальным методом подтверждена адекватность выбранного метода расчета. Предложено использовать полученные расчеты при конструировании пиротехнических изделий для сварки полимерных труб.

In article was presented the optimum area of thermophysical parameters, necessary for heating surfaces of constructions to technological temperature of processing of polyethylene products in welded connection, received by a settlement method with application of the program "Profile". Some laws in system «combustion products a metal wall» are revealed at use of thermal structure on a basis ironmagnesium termite as source of heat in the conditions of half-closed volume. The experimental method confirms adequacy of the chosen method of calculation. It is offered to use the received calculations at designing of pyrotechnic products for welding of polymeric pipes
