Abstract

In the fi rst article of this series the analysis of a condition of a question of an estimation of labor input of research and development in the fi eld of health and safety is carried out. Existing approaches to rationing of scientifi c work are considered, their advantages and lacks are resulted.

В первой статье этой серии проведен анализ состояния вопроса оценки трудоемкости НИОКР в области безопасности жизнедеятельности. Рассмотрены существующие подходы к нормированию научного труда, приведены их преимущества и недостатки.
