Abstract

Представлена информация относительно различных методов оценки стоимости угольных месторождений, рассмотрены проблемы повышения эффективности современной системы недропользования, роли налога на добычу полезных ископаемых в рациональном недропользовании. The title of the Article is 'Elements of stimulation rational use of mineral resources in the coal industry through the tax to a mining operations and deposit estimation of cost'. The main idea of the Article consists in necessity of increase of efficiency of modern system of mineral resources use. The Article presents important information on various methods of the estimation of the coal mines cost. The Article presents information of role of the tax to mining operations in rational mineral resources use.
