Abstract

Характеризуя сложившуюся на Украине систему как патронажный президенциализм, Н.А.Борисов показывает, что, вопреки обещаниям новых властей, в стране воспроизводится модель президентства, основанная на патрон-клиентских отношениях, неформальных институтах и сценарии «победитель получает все».
