Abstract

Uncertainty of market relations has resulted in the need for dividing the costs of transaction and transformational. The article describes the main approaches to the defnition of transaction costs. Showing ways to classify them. Identifed possible options for cost accounting.

Неопределенность рыночных отношений привела к необходимости деления за-трат на трансакционные и трансформационные. В статье рассмотрены основные подходы к определению трансакционных затрат. Показаны способы их классифика-ции. Определены возможные варианты учета затрат.
