КРУПНОПАНЕЛЬНЫЕ ЗДАНИЯ СЕРИИ 1-335 С НАРУЖНЫМИ СТЕНОВЫМИ ПАНЕЛЯМИ ИЗ ГАЗОЗОЛОБЕТОНА: РЕМОНТИРОВАТЬ, РЕКОНСТРУИРОВАТЬ ИЛИ СНОСИТЬ?

Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности эксплуатации крупнопанельных зданий серии 1-335 с наружными стеновыми панелями из газозолобетона. Показано, что данные здания имеют типичные дефекты в основном в виде отслоения наружного слоя и расслоения панелей по наружным арматурным сеткам. Решение указанной проблемы жилых домов затрагивает довольно много аспектов: социальный, технический, экономический, экологический и другие. Установлена необходимость разработки и принятия областной государственной долгосрочной целевой инвестиционно-строительной программы для решения проблемы с жилыми домами серии 1-335.

The paper considers the operation features of large-panel buildings of 1-335 Series with external gas ash concrete wall panels. It is shown that the outer layer delamination and separation of panels along the outer reinforcing mesh are typical defects of these buildings. The solution of this problem is multifaceted: it integrates social, technical, economic, environmental and other aspects. The necessity to develop and adopt a long-term state target investment and construction program to solve the problem of buildings of 1-335 Series is established.
