Abstract

The article revealed a number of problems associated with the implementation of a relatively new investigative action getting information about the connections between subscribers and (or) subscriber units, which are manifested in the absence of a uniform legal practice and in the event in connection with the conflict of the investigation. Author's recommendations are aimed at minimizing these problems and improve the performance of this investigative action

В статье раскрыт ряд проблем, связанных с осуществлением сравнительно нового следственного действия получение информации о соединениях между абонентами и (или) абонентскими устройствами, которые проявляются в отсутствии единообразной правоприменительной практики и в возникновении в связи с этим конфликтных ситуаций расследования. Авторские рекомендации направлены на минимизацию данных проблем и повышение результативности указанного следственного действия
