Abstract

The article analyzes the possibility of biographical method as a method of historical and philosophical researches. The authors conclude that the known absolutization of the biographical method in the analysis of the philosophical views of S. Kierkegaard leads to the mythologizing of his biography and to tendentious reading of his philosophy and its simplification.
