Abstract

В статье рассмотрено развитие общероссийской комплексной системы информирования и оповещения населения в местах массового пребывания людей (далее - ОКСИОН) в рамках реализации мероприятий федеральной целевой программы «Снижение рисков и смягчение последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций природного и техногенного характера в Российской Федерации до 2010 года», показаны результаты применения ОКСИОН в условиях угрозы и возникновении ЧС и предложены направления дальнейшего развития ОКСИОН в рамках целевых программ.

In this article is described the development of all-Russian complex system of people warning ( ACSPW) within the implementation of the federal target program «Risk and Consequences Decrease of the Natural and Anthropogenic Emergencies in the Russian Federation Before the Year 2010», the results of the ACSPW deployment in danger and emergencies, the further steps for ACSPW development are offered.
