Методологические подходы к управлению производственными запасами

Abstract

The article covers research of the topical problem of enterprises in the light of their strategic activity. This is the definition of the methodological approach to the management of productive reserves. The management models, possibilities and expediency of their application are considered.

Статья посвящена исследованию актуальной проблемы предприятий, в свете их стратегической деятельности, определению методологического подхода к управлению производственными запасами. Рассмотрены модели управления, возможности и целесообразность их применения.
