Abstract

The paper discusses problem of assessment of bioclimatic potential and the spatial and temporal distribution in South-Western Siberia in Novosibirsk oblast. As the major bioclimatic indicators are considered effective temperature and equivalent-effective temperature. Based on years of data for the Novosibirsk region has been study seasonal and annual variability bioclimatic indicators. As a result of the carried out analysis were disclosed features of the natural environment of the region and were revealed the influence of climatic and meteorological factors on spatial-temporal distribution comfort. The territory was zoned by level of comfortable climate conditions, was revealed their spatial distribution in the different periods of the year and the regularities of formation. Concluded, that the distribution of calculated bioclimatic indicators (effective temperature and equivalent-effective temperature) in the South of West Siberia has significant spatial and temporal heterogeneity.
