Abstract

The article deals with the specifics of the scientific activity of a special subject of doctrinal creativity a policeman. The authors explore the limits of freedom of scientific creativity of law enforcement officers, outline the principles and limits of criticism of current legislative and departmental legal acts.

В статье раскрывается специфика научной деятельности особого субъекта доктринального творчества полицейского. Авторы исследуют пределы свободы научного творчества полицейских, обрисовываются принципы и границы критики действующих законодательных и ведомственных юридических актов.
