Источники внешних угроз объектам магистрального трубопроводного транспорта России

Abstract

In the article the author highlights the main factors to consider while characterizing external threats to the objects of the trunk pipeline transportation of Russia at present stage. The main sources of the external threats to these objects are considered. The experience of Russia's law enforcement authorities to counteract the external threats has been provided.

В статье автором выделяются основные факторы, которые необходимо учитывать при характеристике внешних угроз объектам магистрального трубопроводного транспорта России на современном этапе. Рассматриваются основные источники внешних угроз этим объектам. Иллюстрируется опыт правоохранительных органов России по противодействию внешним угрозам.
