
В проведенном исследовании установлено, что в ткани рака молочной железы экспрессия мРНК рецепторов эстрогена и прогестерона может как повышаться, так и снижаться относительно значений окружающей морфологически неизмененной ткани. Повышение экспрессии мРНК рецептора прогестерона отмечается в опухолях с пониженной пролиферативной и антиапоптотической активностью.
Expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors mRNA in breast cancer tissue may either rise or fall as compared to surrounding morphologically intact tissue. Increased expression of progesterone receptor mRNA observed in tumors with low proliferative and antiapoptotic activity.
