Abstract

The article discusses why political economy cannot be researched in the absence of psychology, and why the lack of planned process of youth politics on the part of the state is pregnant with many troubles in the future, as well as why exploitation may not be dealt away with by way of property expropriation. The author presents a version of dynamics in the change of social consciousness and distinguishes the major factors at work in this process.
