Совершенствование социального контроля в системе исполнения наказания, связанного с лишением свободы, в отношении несовершеннолетних осужденных

Abstract

В данной статье содержится анализ нововведений в пенитенциарной системе, посвященных исправлению несовершеннолетних осужденных, оценивается совершенствование механизма развития социального контроля в системе исполнения наказаний. Автором формулируются приоритетные направления для дальнейшего развития исправления несовершеннолетних преступников в России.
