Abstract

The article presents the results of the studies of special endurance of the Greco-Roman style wrestlers. The method of special endurance development of athletes-wrestlers is substantiated. Competition, as the main essence of Greco-Roman wrestling, determine objectives and areas of training of the wrestler for productive activities. Now when training the wrestlers of the Greek-Roman style for competitions the main attention is focused on technical improvements to the detriment of the development of special endurance and high-speed and power readiness, but in the matches of the wrestlers, equal on strength, high endurance and explosive power, especially at the first minutes of fight are necessary. General endurance of the wrestlers serves as the basis for the training of special endurance. The main principle of general endurance training is to use the best possible surround range of motor actions with a gradual and progressive increase in the duration of their performance. With this the greatest number of muscle groups of the wrestler begin to work. The main means of training the general endurance are walking, running and swimming. Training and maintenance of general endurance of the wrestler takes place during the entire period of the training process.

В статье приведены результаты исследований развития специальной выносливости борцов греко-римского стиля, обоснована методика развития специальной выносливости у спортсменов-борцов. Соревнования, являясь основной сущностью греко-римской борьбы, предопределяют задачи и направленность подготовки борца для результативной деятельности. В настоящее время при подготовке борцов греко-римского стиля к соревнованиям основное внимание уделяется техническому совершенствованию в ущерб развитию специальной выносливости и скоростно-силовой подготовленности, но в поединках равных по силе борцов необходимы высокая специальная выносливость и взрывная сила, особенно в первые минуты, борьбы. Общая выносливость у борцов служит базой для воспитания специальной выносливости. Основным принципом воспитания общей выносливости является использование наиболее объемного круга двигательных действий с постепенным и нарастающим увеличением длительности их выполнения. Благодаря этому начинает работать наибольшее количество мышечных групп борца. Основными средствами воспитания общей выносливости служат ходьба, бег и плавание. Воспитание и поддержание общей выносливости борца происходит в течение всего периода тренировочного процесса.
