Технология получения наноструктурированных защитных покрытий

Abstract

Paper deals with the technology of nanostructured coating development based on the vacuum ion-plasma method under the conditions of extra-ion bombardment. There presented the researches into the properties of coatings produced according to the technology proposed.

Рассматривается технология создания наноструктурированных покрытий на основе вакуумного ионно-плазменного метода в условиях дополнительной ионной бомбардировки. Приведены исследования свойств покрытий, полученных по предлагаемой технологии.
