Ответственность за взяточничество: критический анализ законодательных изменений

Abstract

В статье проводится критический анализ законодательных изменений, внесенных в нормы действующего российского УК, предусматривающие ответственность за взяточничество, высказываются предложения по их оптимизации в целях повышения эффективности противодействия данным коррупционным преступлениям.

The article is a critical analysis of legislative amendments to the norms of the current Russian Criminal Code, providing for responsibility for bribery, makes suggestions for their optimization in order to increasing the efficiency of counteraction to this corruption crimes
