Физико-механические свойства керамзитового гравия, полученного с использованием кальцийсодержащих техногенных материалов

Abstract

The influence of the content in the raw mixture of man – made materials like сitrogypsum (waste production of citric acid) and filtering waste during bowel movements beet juice on the amount of the glass phase and physico-mechanical properties of prototypes of expanded clay gravel. Supplementation ranged from 1% to 9%. The clay fraction of 15-20 mm with waste content up to 4,0 %, obtained when the firing temperature is 1150°C, with a bulk density of 0,29−0,31 t/m3 and a tensile compression of 0,54 to 0,68 MPa can be used for thermal insulation of the pitched roof type, and in the manufacture of lightweight concrete and light expanded clay concrete blocks. Mark the samples with the additive defecate in strength according to GOST 9757-90 corresponds P25, and with the addition of сitrogypsum – P35 and P25; bulk density with two additives concrete block corresponds to grades 300 and 350. The introduction of the waste content in the composition of the charge of more than 4% leads to an increase of the melt, the slagging, accompanied by a decline in distension granules and the deterioration of the physico-chemical characteristics.

Изучено влияние содержания в сырьевой шихте техногенных материалов – цитрогипса (отход производства лимонной кислоты) и отхода фильтрации при дефекации свекловичного сока на количество стеклофазы и физико-механические свойства опытных образцов керамзитового гравия. Введение добавок составило от 1 до 9 %. Керамзит фракции 15−20 мм с содержанием отходов до 4,0 %, полученный при температуре обжига 1150°С, с насыпной плотностью 0,29−0,31 т/м³ и прочностью при сдавливании 0,54–0,68 МПа, может быть использован для теплоизоляции кровли скатного типа, а также в производстве сверхлегкого бетона и легких керамзитобетонных блоков. Марка полученных образцов с добавкой дефеката по прочности по ГОСТ 9757-90 соответствует П25, а с добавкой цитрогипса − П35 и П25; по насыпной плотности с двумя добавками керамзит соответствует маркам 300 и 350. Введение содержания отходов в состав шихты более 4% приводит к увеличению расплава, шлакованию, что сопровождается снижением вспучиваемости гранул и ухудшению физико-химических характеристик.
