Внедрение самооценки в деятельность испытательной лаборатории

Abstract

Рассмотрена методика самооценки организации по критериям функ-циональной модели оценки менеджмента. Разработана анкета и приведены результаты самооценки системы менеджмента качества испытательной ла-боратории сырья и продуктов газопереработки

Self-appraisal methods of an organization by functional management assessment criterions are considered. A developed questionnaire and results of quality management system's self-appraisal are given.
