Abstract

В статье показаны особенности социального управления современной организацией. Большое внимание уделяется регулированию процессов организационного взаимодействия. В качестве примера рассматривается система отношений руководителя и подчиненного. Сделан вывод, что одной из актуальных тенденций деятельности организации является гуманизация социального управления и процессов взаимодействия.

The article deals with the peculiarities of social management in a modern organization. Special attention is paid to the management of the processes of corporate interaction. The author considers "manger subordinate" relations as an example. It is concluded that one of the current trends of running a business is humanization of social management and interaction processes.
