Abstract

In article the organization of provision of medicines of patients with the sharp violations of brain blood circulation (SVBBC) at a rehabilitation stage of treatment is analysed. Organizational aspects of the given rehabilitation and preventive help to patients with ONMK are given. Base of research was the sanatorium a dispensary “Port-Petrovsk” the Republics of Dagestan, Kaspiysk. The age characteristic of the patients undergoing rehabilitation is provided. The assortment profile of the medicines used at a rehabilitation stage of treatment of the patients who have had a stroke and the having associated diseases is revealed. High efficiency of the rehabilitation actions directed to improvements of quality of life of the patients who have had a stroke is shown.

В статье проанализирована организация лекарственного обеспечения больных с острыми нарушениями мозгового кровообращения (ОНМК) на реабилитационном этапе лечения. Даны организационные аспекты оказываемой реабилитационной и профилактической помощи больным с ОНМК. Базой исследования явился санаторий-профилакторий «Порт-Петровск» Республики Дагестан, г. Каспийск. Приведена возрастная характеристика больных, проходящих реабилитацию. Выявлен ассортиментный профиль лекарственных препаратов, используемых на реабилитационном этапе лечения больных, перенесших инсульт и имеющие сопутствующие заболевания. Показана высокая эффективность реабилитационных мероприятий, направленных на улучшения качества жизни больных, перенесших инсульт.
