
This article shows the characteristics of the socio-economic development of Leningrad region for the period 2010-2013 in the context of the leading sectors, the analysis of the dynamics of the gross regional product with designation of the possible reasons for its increase, the modifications in the size of receipt of corporate property tax and the calculated value of elasticity of the corresponding tax.
В данной статье приведены характеристики социально-экономического развития Ленинградской области за период 2010-2013 гг. в разрезе ведущих отраслей, анализ динамики валового регионального продукта с указанием возможных причин его прироста, изменения в размерах поступлений налога на имущество организаций и рассчитанное значение эластичности соответствующего налога.
