Abstract

The trials (in vitro) showed, that the drugs used in ophthalmology by their combined incubation with lysozyme during 30 min at 22° С, in the ratio 1:10, are able to change the ferment strength. Thereby, sodium sulfaсil, diclo-F and alcaine tend to increase lysozyme strength by 6-7%, and cycloferon, interferon and poludan tend to decrease it by 20-25%, compared with the control. After one day of these lysozyme solutions with the experimental drugs storage in the refrigerator at +4° С the ferment strength changes were not determined. The combined incubation of lysozyme solutions and drugs, at the ratio 1:1, under the conditions similar to the 1 series, results in the decrease of the ferment inactivation level, which is 34-45% higher, than the control one.
