Abstract

The problems of informational society, culture, education is offered to consider in the context of system concept of Humankind as holistic generality: as self-controlling hierarchical system, manifesting the expediency of its adaptive behaviour. From these positions in the role of fundamental entities of Humankind system act the searching activity realizing liberty of behaviour, the goal criteria maximand, decretal and restricting type, and the optimizing system memory (memory of hierarchically embedded structures about past adaptive behaviour, limiting its variability), as well as the human actions on the «second» nature formation and extended through its results system memory. And then the culture should be considered as the results complex of anthropogenic activity, reflected in extended system memory of all component of Humankind social-technological system.
