В статье рассматривается ряд особенностей применения в России Федерального закона «О соглашениях о разделе продукции» с точки зрения регулирования недропользования. Показаны отдельные негативные и позитивные стороны закона и особенности режима действия при практической разработке месторождений.
The article covers a number of application peculiarities of Federal Law «On the product-sharing agreements» in Russia from the viewpoint of subsoil usage regulation. Some negative and positive sides of the Law and the peculiarities of practical field development process are pointed.
