Abstract

With the purpose of search of new opportunities of cost optimization in the use of medicines, carried out an analytical review of official documents and special literature devoted to the cause-and-effect relation of the additional costs for the irrational use of and violation of the regimen of medicines. As a result of systematize and formalize these built circuit dependence of the additional costs associated with the irrational use of medicines from the technological and organizational-economic component of the комплаенса – factor ease of application of medicinal products. Hypothetically marked by the ability to reduce the additional costs for the irrational use of medicines through the creation of conditions of optimization of the ease of application of medicinal products.
